cant remove program in startup registry panel??

program name : cnsmin.dll
Rundll32.exe C:\WINNT\DOWNLO~1\CnsMin.dll,Rundll32

If remove , it will automatic insert when next computer starts.
The program will execute in the background and always causing my ADSL to drop......pls help to remove completely

Have you used any registry cleaners ? If automatic starts with windows after deleting it means that key is used to start somethin , but try Regclean first ..
