Cant get rid of Xuron55 - Help

I have tried toget rid of this problem the following ways.

1. I rebooted in Windows XP Safe Mode and ran Microsoft Antispyware and it did not take care of this annoying problem.

2. I ran Spybot Search and Destroy and got the following message - Error during check!: Xuron55 (datei C:\WINDOWS\win.ini kann nicht geoffnet werden. The processw cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) ()

3. I also ran Hijack This and got the following -
