Call waiting modem?

I need a way to receive phone calls while using a dial up connection.Is there any software or hardware that will let me do this?I don't want to use one of those internet subscriber services either,as most of them make you pay for X number of minutes for phone calls,or make you call the person back. Thanks.

My friend uses Callwave.com's free software, he like sit and apparently it works pretty well, give it a shot
