[C#] PGP Signing

If anyone knows of a C# .NET PGP implementation please let me know, I cant find one which meets my requirements.

Just to help, my requirements are this:
Must be in C#, I dont want a gpg command line wrapper
Must be free to use

I have found something which combined with a selection of facts and interpretations is suitable for my use.

gpg wrapper is the easiest thing to do . Besides, that means you don't need to upgrade the binary when a new version of gpg comes out, meaning you get newer stuff from it faster.

Which one did you end up using?

And how free is it? What license is attached to it? Public Domain would be best off course.
