Every time I shut down I get a BSOD and I have no clue why, nothing has changed since I installed XPee.
    Hardware:
    Abit BP6 mobo
    WD 8.4g HDD
    Seagate 3.2g HDD
    WD 2g HDD
    Philips PCRW1208
    Creative CDRW4224
    Creative GeForce 2 MX
    Creative SBLive!
    Linksys NC100u
256 Mushkin HP rev 1.5 ram

This is what the top of the screen says after a little bit of babbling
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Then it babbles about other things for a while then below that

    ***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000304, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x806AD9D6)

This Blue screen appears each and every time windows shuts down, I cant rember exactly when this started, but I havent added anything for a while and this is most annoying.

    Thank you for your time.....

    Look here first.
Make sure your drivers are up to date.
Try moving your sound card to another slot.

You can roll it back in Device Manager. Right click on the sound card in Device Manager->choose properties->driver->roll back driver.

Did the roll back, no go.
I am taking my son to see Attack of the Clones so I will try moving the sound card when I return.....

Do you have any USB devices attached to it?

My Scanner cord is plugged in to my machine but the scanner is not.
I am working on a little platform for it right now.....
I will plug it back in and see what up.....

I moved it and everything plugged in all proper and still the dirty dog gives the blue.....
I tryed it without the scanner with the same results.
I am gonna pull the sound after work and see if that helps.
Havent had time to do so.....
