when i replace my ntroskl (or whatever it is) and reboot my computer my boot screen is still the same...i am in safe mode.

anybody??

nope, does it matter if i have other boot screens on my computer?? like in a different folder or directory.

its not that hard.. there an entire program to change your logon easily...

Try this

Go into safemode copy ntroskl to your C:\WINDOWS\system32\

It works every time...

oops I meant boot screen.

The program I was talking about was BootXP

It lets you take any pic and converts it to a boot screen.. and applies a boot screen for you too... I havent tried it, but looks good.. :)

Is BootXP freeware?

Don't worry I found my answer. I'll stick with the free way.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
