my computer has just completely bogged down the past few weeks... i tried defragging it, cleaning off programs i dont need anymore, etc. nothing has helped. i havent downloaded anything new the past few weeks, so that idea is out. it takes about 20 seconds from the time you hit 'save' in word for the 'my docs' window to pop up so you can name the file and save it.

    please help

They replaced it with Check Disk:
From a command line type chkdsk x: (X is drive letter)
or go to the Drive Properties, go to the Utilites tab and click "Check Now"
