Hi, I run a little network of three pcs and a mini switching hub. 2 pcs have xp and the third 98. They all connect to the internet via my pc (xp). Is there anyway I can limit the pcs (win98) bandwidth or limit the bandwidth by sharing it between the three pcs. A small program of something. I have an isdn 128k connection.
    Thanks

    In short, no.

If you run an advanced proxy server instead of ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) it's possible, but don't bother. It's not worth it.

Welcome to XP-erience.org by the way! :)
