Backup Icons & Folder Icons

I have a bunch of custom folder icons, where I went Properties, change icon. I was wondering if there was a way to back them up. Because I have to reinstall windows soon and those will all go away (there are a lot). I want to know if there was a way to load them all again at the same time, or something to that effect.

If your wondering what I mean by folder icons, these.
