can some one please post the instuctions on how to use. i managed to get the file, but without going to the site and the zip has no readme

ok dl from 3 different places and eventualy got on the original site and got the one that contains the readme and it says

"Please extract thats the only way this works if you cut and paste it wont work
change the background inside the folder settings dont get confused while changeing folde i almost lost my documents lol im stupid
but be careful and just change folder like you would nomally. thats it!"
