Audio Recording

I was a tape that i want to put onto CD, heres the only question, what app is the best for recording and a little editing? I have a SoundBlaster Audigy MP3+ and will be using the headphone jack from a bombbox in to the input, thanks.

Use a tape player that has 'line-out' and connect it to the 'line-in' of your sound card.

You could use "Sound Recorder" (Accesseries > Entertainment > Sound Recorder).

Make sure your 'line-in' is not muted in your volume control.
