Ok heres my dilema, I am trying to connect my TV to my comp through the S-Video out using the adapter that comes with the card for regular AV cables. Now the only problem i have is that, my computer is not recognizing that its there. Im positive everything is connected correctly, Tv is on and all on the Input channel and still i get nothing. I have went throught the trouble shooting guide and it had nothing in there on how to trouble shoot this, so i was hoping one of u guys knew. Let me know, Its a ATi Radeon 8500 LE (in case you didnt catch it in the topic) :)

how are you using the adapter? you shouldn't need it at all... instead, just have the s-video cable go right into the card.

otherwise, try turning the tv on before turning the computer on.

Were you able to set your tv settings in the display panel?
ie in Control Panel ... Display ... Settings is the "multiple monitors on Radeon8500" selected?
in Control Panel ... Display ... Settings ... Advanced .... Display - is the tv display turned on and selected as the primary monitor (the "bullseye" option of the 2 available)?

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
