ATI All-In-Wonder 7500

Have recently built new machine, but problems with ATI driver under XP, have a Gigabyte GA-8SRX board, Chip Set is SiS 645 AGP, Intell P4 2.2, Gig of memory,
Problem is ati2dvag.dll video driver cases intermittant hangs of system, have loaded latest driver (6.13.10.6043), any ideas?

now don't quote me, but I think the SIS AGP only likes Nvidia Cards... Therefore the ATI card will cause hangups.

I had a K7SEM with the SIS AGP and it would not work at all with my Voodoo or my Matrox cards. and looking in the motherboard manual it has a note that says 4XAGP only supports Nvidia chipsets.
