Athlon Xp 2000+ And A7v266-e Freez!!

I have the system listed below in my signiture. I just put an Athlon XP 2000 in it because it didnt cost me anything. Now after taking 2 hours putting on my stupid Alpha Heatsink and all here is the problem... whenever i browse around my home network after a few folders are clicked on the stupid thing locks up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling net card.. i have the latest 1007 bios. What the crap.. this is pissing me off..
