OK well I dropped $720 Canadien here is the break down

Athlon 2700+ with heat sink and fan= $212.75

    Western Digital 40GIG 7200 rmp 8mb cache=$115

    MSI K7N2G-L $169.05

    2 X 256mb DDR400 PC3200 = $144.90

    A floppy drive $18

    Case with 350watt ps = $71

Total $730 ..... minus 2% for paying cash and no tax

and for a fast benchmark I hit over 12500 on 3dmark2001 but Iam not set up yet I had to transfer over 30gig from my old rig and have not got this settled yet but will start tweaking soon

Thanks I am very happy to say the least ... was a smooth operation no hickup's now I just want to make sense of the mess of files I have lol ... I had a 30gig drive that I needed to move onto this for a hold over as I switched over so its a little bit of a mess right now I sold my old rig and needed to move fast ..but I am very impressed with the whole setup its very smooth and stable :D
