    Could anyone tell me whether this card runs at 1.5V.have an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard that states that only AGP cards on 1.5V will fit the board.

    Your card should be 4x/8x AGP spec.

    4x == 1.5V and 8x == 0.8V IIRC.

    Therefore the card should work though perhaps not at 8x. The performance difference will not be very much overall. I do not recall the 9600's as being 8x AGP only cards. I believe that is the case with the newer nv40 and r420 type cards (i.e. the one I have).

    So yes, it should work. If the card is 8x only, it will still work, albeit with issues.

    The motherboard documentation states that "3.3V AGP cards are not supported in this motherboard". What 'issues' are you referring to?

    Your motherboard should run the card fine. If you put a card like mine in your setup, if there are issues the issues would essentially be about system stability.

    Nothing is going to explode if thats what you are worried about.
