Apachie Web Server, Help

    Well, ney1 know howto make it so that Apachie server will ban that user from my Web Server.

    and

    how do i have it so that the user can goto url:
    http://127.0.0.1/12.gif but cant goto http://127.0.0.1/

    the only user that can access http://127.0.0.1/ that you have on your computer is you. Its your localhost address, its not your actual IP address.
    For instance if I click you link "http://127.0.0.1/12.gif" I will not connect to your computer looking for a file called 12.gif in your www root dir. Instead my browser will look for a file called 12.gif in my www. root dir.
    As far as your actual question.. I'm not quite sure, but check around in your .conf file. You may be able figure it out from there
