Another Outlook Attach. unblocking tool

Has anyone tried Camtech 2000's Outlook Attachment tool or something similar?

I really don't want to mess with my registry as an option.

never used that one, i use tweak-xp to do it.

I'm really looking for a free, one-job tool. If I understand it, tweak-xp is kinda pricey and has many, many functions.

Do you use the others? Which do you like?

i dont use any other programs to do it, always used tweak-xp, but i found this:

btw you can use the evalution of tweak-xp to do it and after its doen uninstall it
