Annoying XP Problem

When i right click and mouseover the "Send To" Option i get a Fatal Error Message that says "Unable to create and instance of required object: FileProxy" Please if you have any ideas on how to fix this, i would appreciate it.

Try installing Allaire's Homesite program. Your problem seems most commonly associated with that program. The Microsoft Database suggests installing the program again, see if that fixes your problem.
