Annoying Lock Ups

Hi there,

Hope someone can help....I keep getting annoying lock ups with my XP. For example, I may have two applications open and when I switch from one to another often the screen freezes for 10-20 seconds.....and sometimes I have to press ctrl/alt/del to un-freeze it ?

Any ideas?

Most likely a driver problem, but really could be a lot of different things, thats where I would look first.

Second, it may be a heat related issue or faulty memory, the list goes on and on.

Drivers would be what I would look at first, the video card drivers.
