AMD 2600+ CPU host frequencey

Ok, so do what I said above. Find where your multiplier is in your Bios. It sounds like it's set at 12 so look for 12 somewhere. Should probably say Multiplier in the bios. You will want to change that to 10 first. Then go back to the page where it says CPU Frequency and change that to 400. That should give you a little more kick in your game play.

Don't go past 200 as your ram probably won't be able to handle it too well. You might also have to increase your VCORE voltage some also to help keep your system stable.

o i have tried to increase the Vcore! but i cant find it any ideas on what it will say like will it say "vcore" or somthing else?
thanks

VCORE is what it will say. Maybe CPU VCORE but usually it's just VCORE.

well my BIOS officialy sucks no VCORE or multiplier that i can find well any way thanksfor the help and can any find a BIOS upgrade so i can get an upgrade for my Phoenix award BIOS
thanks

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
