always on top program for vista?

a while ago I asked for a program that gave me "always on top"

someone posted a great little tool that worked terrific in xp, I forgot that tool and am wondering if it works in vista

May not be the same program.
I use Filebox eXtender which adds a "keep on top" pin to all windows unless you specify not to for that program.
