adding to comments in my computer

how can i add my own comments within My Computer under each drive?

Hi shiggy, what exactly do you mean, do you want to alter "Free space" and "Total size" or the actual name of the drive.?

boogie into your My Computer and right click on the bar where it says"Name Type Total Size, etc" and check comments. That's what i want to add/change to mine.

Control Panel is the only thing that says anything to me, i want to add (customize) mine for each hd drive that i have.

I am totally sure that this can be altered to suit your tastes, unfortunately I cannot find the area your trying to point me too.
Pretend I'm a newbie, and run me throught it step by step.

Hold on are you talking about the "General" tab on the "Properties" box. The one where it has the little pie-chart. No it can't be that, "Control Panel" doesn't have one.
Please enlighten me shiggy.
