A good HeatSink and fan?

Someone said the Volcano 7 VariSpeed was not qualified to cool a XP2000+

Take a look at this information

Is this fan very loud? coz I hate alot of noise

30dB is normal for a room.
So it si quiet at low speed but noticably noisy at high speed.

Is a 300W PSU sufficient to run this system stable coz the new case im getting comes with a 300W PSU and PSU's are quite expensive at the moment for a good one (£60)

Best $75.00 i've spent; sure it's loud, although i can easily keep my cpu under 40c on load (AMD XP200+ @1.8ghz). You can always buy a rhenostat so you can turn down the fan speed when not using the computer that much.

You can't beat physics.
