A few quick questions + need advice...

Here is my current desktop, I am looking for how to make arrowless shortcuts, and for a good icon changing program. Also does anyone have any good ideas for how to make my desktop look better, like a particular icon set?

ok for one ur goin to hell for using a map hack and if u want to get rid of those arrows download the power toys tweakui from the windows site it will let u take those off.
