    Yeah i mentioned something like this earlier.
    Im not gonna go for it, its a mail in rebate which i find way to risky.
    I think ill just forget about it and let the check expire.

    not to revive a thread or anything but ive used the rebates from tigerdirect and work just fine. ive bought a few memory sticks from them on seperate occasions and you setup an account with onrebates.com(i think) and you go through them. you have the option to get the rebate in about a week, but costs 4.95. they then mail you a check. pretty simple and legit.
