Hi,

I have got 2 Netgear WGT624 108Mbps Wireless Routers, each router connected to a separate 1.5mb cable broadband modem.

I want to get the routers to talk to each other so that i have 1 big network but can still specify which PC's use which internet connection

ROUTER 1 has 3 PC's connected to it, one is wired and the other 2 are wireless, all 3 PC's should connect to broadband connection 1.

ROUTER 2 has 2 PC's connected to it, both wireless and to be connected to broadband conection 2

I've read a bit about the routers RIP function but don't know what else i need to change

My Windows domain is called DRAGON

I want the wireless SSID to be named SCORPIAN

Can anyone offer any advice?

Havent tried this myself since I've only got 1 connection. But have you tried linking the two routers together through port number 1? This should enable users connected on router 2 to see the machines connected to router 1. However, I doubt you will get a faster transfer from the internet though.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
