1700+ JIUHB:0302 or 0307 ??

Hey guys
I have a question regarding two different versions of the
AMD athlon xp 1700+ Thoroughbred rev B at the excaliberpc
site. I want to order one from them but don't know which one
is better, i want the one that overclocks the best:

BTW i emailed them and they couldn't tell me which one is better
because they don't know.

They only differ one dollar...

Well this guy seems to pretty happy with his 0307 that he bought from excaliber. The 0302 chips are also fairly good with some high overclocks in the cpu database
I think either of them will o/c really well. Your choice really, i'd say go with the 0703, being a newer chip.

you think i can get up to 2000/2200mhz with either one?
So you recommend the 0307, anyone else know which
one is more adviceable?
Why is the difference 1 dollar though? what makes the
other more "expensive" ??

I hope you mean 2200+ cuzz there is like no way u are gonna be able to push a 1700+ that far.

ok I take it back, but we don't know where that guy lives he could live in alaska and heat wouldn't be a problem there

ocing something that much just seems like its asking for trouble (not if u ahve water cooling mind you) seems a lil dangerous to me cuzz if it burns it might take your mobo and ram and video with it and in that case the money u saved on a cheap cpu would be lost in all the dmg's

I aint gonna overclock it that much, and
not gonna touch the voltages.
And i got loads of cooling.
No problemas hehe
