Default Windows xp Service Pack 3 - Release Candidate 2 Released
Apparently it's been released quietly yesterday...

The file is a small registry key that allows the user to download the full SP from Windows Update. Any prior SP3 builds should be removed before installing this new one.

It also mentions that the final version will be released in the first quarter this year.

When is the final release due? I want to install xp back on to desktop, but want to slipstream SP3 before installing the OS.
