Default can we add a "favorites" feature (kinda like bookmarking)

sometimes i read threads that i like to come back to later so is there a way we can make a "favorites" place for each user. please don't reply and give me those answers like write it on your hand. (also i can't add it to favorites b/c im using a public computer most of the time i view ntfs):confused:

A favorites for each user would take up too much bandwidth

you can disable that feature in options
