    Can't install directx 9.0c ..Have a look

    Hi.all..im pc newbie and need help ... I download directx 9.0c May redistribute setup from windows.. when i install...the message "setup was complete" apear immeadiately however the newest direct x 9.0c was not installed... I have read the troubleshoot but it still cant solve my problem...
