Nah, it doesn't require a whole lot of effort to beat. I think that's where Halo 2 might be a little superior since it's a real challenge to get through on Legendary playing by yourself.

That's a creative way to goof around! I like the first one (in the stairwell) the most. I love how it goes through his head and the concrete and out the other side. It's not bad using the cheat to do it.. after all, it's only goofing off. You still have the option to play the game legit.

I just started chapter nine today. I hope to finish it by morning. :) It's a really awesome game but almost feels like it's too short.

Half Life 2 should run okay on your machine. :) You may want to tweak some of the Windows XP settings and the graphic settings in the game to get increased performance though. I run HL2 and CS: Source on an AMD XP 1.4 512mb RAM GeForce FX 5600 128 and it doesn't really give me much trouble at...
