I reported spam to an ISP based on the domain of the incoming email. They requested full headers, saying Most mail programs have an option to specify "Show All Headers" or "Turn On Mail Headers"... I have MSOutlook 2002, and can't figure out how to expand the headers. Anyone? Thanks! Cd

I have MSWord 2002 and MSExcel 2002 (MSOffice XP). The New Document Task Pane is displayed whenever I open Excel. When I open Word, however, the pane's "ghost" appears for a second, then disappears. I have opened Tools-Options-View and "Startup Task Pane" is checked. Any ideas? :(...
