I wonder if you can help me with a small problem? I am running Windows 7 Premium 32 bt. and use Windows Live Mail 2011 as my default email programme. At the moment every time I open this programme it shows a tab that it is configuring Windows Live Email. Surely this should not happen.

I retired and moved to Southern Ireland from UK, so I use the UK version. Have not learnt Gaelic yet and don't expect that I will as most over here use the English language but I must admit that some accents are hard to understand but that is my problem.

When sending email I used to be able to copy animated clip art and paste it on the email and it still moved. I tried sending a joke with animations on it but all I got was stills. I think I may have forget how to do it. Can anyone help on this please. David

As I understand it my Office is OEM so Microsoft would not give you a replacement code but refer you back to Dell.

I have just downloaded Belarc and had a look it only shows Office XP so no help there. Incidentally I still have the disk with the registration code on the sleeve and this is the one that will not work.

Just for information I have solved the problem with my old computer. By removing Adware and Adwatch everything went back to how it used to be. I cannot understand why this programme caused so many problems on my computer will not use it again although I had the paid version. Dave
