okay still confused and have a pic. cpu usage is 32% but system idle process is 71, where and how does cpu usage fit in. Is wmplayer.exe using 16% of 32%? and why doesn't it add up to 100, 71+16+3+3+3+3=99. they are orded by the cpu column.
