Try to set winrar to work without the context menu for a few re-boots. Then
set it to work with the context menu and see what happens. If that dosn't work check the registry and see if it correctly shows winrar as the program that is to work with rar files.
Go to Internet Options-connections-Lan settings-and uncheck Automatically detect settings then try updating.
Remember to re-check the box when you are done.
Change the margins in whatever app you are using.
I also hate the small icons when I change screen resolution.

Well it's either the drive or the copy of win98.
Try putting another OS like Win95 on the disk and see if that works.
If it does it's the copy of Win98 that's bad.
If it doesn't work the drive is screwed.
