just build a new computer or upgrade to a single or dual 8800gtx and at lest 2 gigs of ram

The external firewire enclosure still didn't work it restarts the computer when we plug it in. So something is majorly wrong with the drive

Yes I did I toggled the jumper on the hd it self and i put it on all ide channels as master slave and bios see's it but when it is plugged in windows load screen comes on and when it is just about ot go into log in it restarts it self

i have never had any problems with upgrading any computer components except for my mobo because of the drives like going from a via to a nforce that didn't quite work out that well for me but ram that is fine
