I enjoy using iTunes on Windows, had no problems with it by now. I thinks it's nice to taste some of Mac OS X juice on a Microsoft OS

Warez yes. But torrents are another story. Take this example of Ubuntu/ThinkOS distros that are available as regular downloads but also as torrents. Distributing (open source) software via torrent sites is good for decreasing the load of those companies' servers etc.

I turn to thepiratebay and pizzatorrent for my torrent needs - that's because I haven't heard that many people complaining about them as I happen to hear for the other torrent sites.

Blu-rays will become mainstream for physical movie distribution, not a doubt about this. Imho in the not so far future the cloud storage will grow bigger - iTunes Movie Rentals makes me say that and also there is the SkyDrive from Microsoft, Gmail space is continuously growing, flowers bloom...
