The 750i is getting good reviews on the net, so I would pick that one. Memory and vid card look good.
The cpu won't fit (like Putale mentioned) so yeah a 8200 would be a good pick.

Do you have a password on both computers when you log in? I had the same problem as you (with a password popup) and for me it stopped after I put a password on the computer(s).
I think you first have to install the audio drivers from the cd before you let windows install drivers. That way, it uses the creative drivers.
Otherwise, you could try to manually update the drivers and point towards the cd for the source path.
Personally I wouldn't go to 4Gb yet. Sure it gives you more ram, but more than 3 atm is not really needed anyway. The major problem with it is though, are all the 64 bit drivers you need, and there aren't that many of them....
