Creative MediaSource conversion bug
I own a Creative Zen Touch and a 250 GB HD crammed with music. I want to convert this music to MP3 to save space, but the Media Source converter refuse to convert direct from the MP3 player and also refuses to convert the tracks (in WMA format). When I select "destination format" as MP3, the program says "Failed. Format convrsion is not supported." Ichecked quality levels - even tweaked trhem down, but so far nothing will get it to compress (though it did deign to expand some tracks once). Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. |
