holy crap, I might buy the iphone just for the dynometer, I didn't realize the iphone has an accelerometer but even still I could have never expected this kind of accuracy, a dynometer for less then 20 bux

An accelerometer? Hell just do it old school. Go and buy 2 or 3 iPhones, throw each one against a brick wall at various speeds (like throwing a Baseball) and see how the damage varies.
