can someone please help ............. ive just purchased a Kingmax memory stick its been installed but when I try to transfer pictures to the memory stick I get the message "cannot copy pictures. the disc is write protected. remove the write protection or use another disc" How do I remove the write protection ? Thanks in anticipation |

You could format the memory stick, that might help

There might be a little switch on the side of your mem stick . If it is write protected your cannot format. Thats the whole point to write protection to stop you from over writing or erasing important stuff.
