I have been looking for an aim chat program to be used on my windows mobile 5 pocket pc. I tried the agile messengers but they dont work, says i need to update, then when i try it says couldn't be installed, and they want to charge me now... Anyways, is there any free software for pocket pcs that offers aim chat? |

I've been using imov Messenger to connect to Google Talk on my Wizard. It's not the prettiest-looking app around, but it works and it's free.
http://www.movsoftware.com/products/imov/imov.htm It supports Jabber transports, so you should be able to sign in to AIM as well. I haven't tried that though. |

I found that after I posted.unfortunately, either I am an idiot or it won't connect. I hope it is the latter yet the first might be quite possible.
