Ask the sales person or tech person at your Sprint store to do it for you. They have a device that is capable of transfering contacts.

Your older phone may be supported by bitpim. If so you can download your existing contacts to your PC, then export them as VCF 2.1 file.
Transfer the file to your M1 using mass storage mode and then go into contacts and import the file. |
