Default Lock application Verizon V3c

Is there a way to lock applications like web access, multimedia (camera functions) on the V3c? I work for a company that does not want their users to have these functions and we have yet to find them on the Verizon firmware. We can do this on the several Centennial phones that we have and on the firmware for my e815. Any ideas?

Only if the phone has the options for locking apps. The Moto V710 and E815 have/had this option. Go into the menu and navigate to "tools". Go then to "Security" and see if there is any listing for locking apps. If not, then no you can't
