Right after it finishes booting up I get a message that popups saying Overheating Shutting Down. Now as I said I have 2 so I tested the battery from the one with no problems to the one with the problem same result, battery from the problem one into the good works fine. I also can't charge the battery in the one that is the problem, hooking up the usb cable get me the same result and seems you have to have the battery in it to make it work at all. I have tired contacting Creative already via email and no reply so I thought I would see what help you folks can offer. PS: Sorry mods if this is not the right place, didn't look like there was any help related topics in the creative sub-forum |
