Default ringtone help

hi, i have a v3 and was wondering does the tone have to be a certain bitrate to play as a ringtone?

what happens if i play an mp3 file at 320 kbps, will it work? will it sound weird? can i assign it as a ringtone? can i transfer teh file from my computer through a bluetooth usb adapter?

can i move files to my v3 with a usb mini B adapter, do i have to download something?

thanks

Default Re: ringtone help

You can have it at any bitrate, it just depends. It can make it sound crappy, it might make the filesize too big so it wont fit on the phone. It has the same principles as on the computer.

You can transfer through bluetooth and USB 2.0.....read the tutorials posted, or check the links under my sig.
