Default Ipod Shuffle "Can't mount"
Hello guys,

I just bought my ipod shuffle yesterday night.
I can't use my Ipod shuffle.

Because each time i try to load some songs onto it, there's an error 36 and it says i can't mount the ipod.

I tried updating the ipod or restore it, it says the same thing "can't mount the ipod".

Can anyone help me ?

Before looking into it, I'd suggest calling Apple since your iPod is under warranty.

a hint as to what os you are using might also be useful...
