Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the abundance of accessories and out-right whorism available for iPod's, but for some, it's a selling feature. It's not taken long for the third-party companies to realise that people are buying Shuffle's and therefore, may want accessories.

on average, the exact same items available for ipods cost about $5 less for other products...

my fm transmitter costs $5 less than the apple ipod transmitter which is the same brand/model, from belkin... only difference is the color...

go figure

I guess some people are more than willing to shell out for something with an "i" on it

Sure does it for the ladies here in the US.

Everytime i take my laptop to school, i always get "Ohhh, how cute" and "wow" from all around, mostly the female crowd.
