Man, these things are seriously underrated! It's was a wonderful little thing...and *really* tiny, as you said. I just picked it up, turned it on and started using it. The menu system was really easy to figure out, and I actually liked the barrel-wheel control (never thought it would be so convenient). I can't say anything about ease of connectivity and sync'ing etc, but man, this thing really needs to be marketed better (get some ads and billboards up there, Dell!). It's priced way below the competition, and it's a really slick device.

I saw the Pocket DJ as well and was pleasantly surprised. The user interface is certainly quite good. I would have liked more storage space though, but that is a different thing alltogether.
I don't know what software they give you with it. What i am worried about is buying the Pocket DJ, and it not working with my Mac. |

The pictures on Dell's site make it look much bigger than it really is.

Did they change the shape and color of the Pocket DJ? Because the last time I saw, it's edges were curved and was white?

Yeah, the new ones look a lot nicer, and they're smaller than the last generation ones too (both the DJ and the Pocket DJ).

...and until Sazar posts his review, these pics should give you a better idea of the actual size and what it really looks like (pictures aren't mine).
![]() The first pic shows the PocketDJ (5GB) and the DJ (20GB) side by side, for size comparison. ![]() ![]()

Hmm, looks like a great product.
I have one question tho, what kind of software is used to transfer songs? Im curious cause I have an old 64MB RCA Kazoo and I need Musicmatch and I hate having to install it since I use Winamp. |

From what I've heard it syncs with WMP10 or MusicMatch. I did see some people say that they use it with Linux though, so I'm not sure what software they use.
